All course bookings are final and non-refundable. Once a place is reserved, we are unable to issue refunds or transfers as your booking occupies a limited slot and involves pre-arranged resource allocation. Any exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of Best Dental Training and only under exceptional circumstances.
